VAT-invoices are not issued routinely but if you would like one (showing the VAT element of your purchase separately) please just ask by emailing sales@banjosdirect.co.uk or by calling us on 01603 305800.
If you are a VAT-registered business customer you may also be able to buy from us at a VAT-exclusive price. This will only be possible if you provide evidence of your VAT registration. We are legally obliged to ask for this and we cannot offer VAT-free prices to individual customers or non-VAT registered businesses.
Customers from outside the European Union
If you are ordering from outside of the European Union then in most cases we can offer VAT-free prices on products and on shipping. To calculate the VAT-free price simply divide the price shown on the website by 1.2 and then multiply it by 1.
For example, an item showing a price of £525 will reduce to £437.50 for customers outside of the EU. Shipping charges for non-EU countries are already shown at non-VAT prices. Please see the Delivery page for details.
