NECHVILLE RESONATOR BANJOS

Nechville have been building banjos since 1989, making distinctly different professional-level banjos and in doing so gaining a reputation among the USA's top builders and players as being a real leader in innovation and design.

The company owns many patents on its unique Heli-mount banjo design and its instruments have been enthusiastically embraced by the world's top players such as Bela Fleck and Alison Brown.

Nechville's innovative approach is so radical that they have actually replaced more than seventy parts of a traditional banjo to create their unique construction methodology.

The key innovation is the Nechville Heli-Mount body, which tightens together much like a screw-top jar fastens to its lid. This greatly reducing the assembly time and improves the banjo's sound.

Founder Tom Nechville has spent years in development and in consultation with the world's top players researching and finding ways to meet the needs of professionals.

As well as creating a superb range of acoustic banjos, Tom's experience has led to a dramatic refinement of the electric banjo.

Nechville instruments have appeared on MTV, the Olympics opening ceremonies, CMA Awards show, numerous TV specials and in major live Country, Rock, Jazz and Bluegrass concerts around the planet.
