Delivery charges
Banjos Direct takes enormous care with packaging and shipping to ensure that every instrument and accessory arrives with you in perfect condition.
We use UPS for all instruments and other high value items. Everything is shipped at our risk... not yours. If something arrives damaged (highly unlikely!), we will replace it.
We try to make our shipping charges clear and easy to understand.
Our charges are based on a combination of weight and size because couriers (we use UPS) charge us that way. However, to make it easy to understand we have attributed every item a weight value which will trigger the appropriate shipping cost when you go to shopping basket stage.
We are also very happy to ship to virtually any other country in the world: but please do email sales@banjosdirect.co.uk or call 01603 305800 to ask for a firm quotation before ordering.
Customers from outside the European Union
If you are ordering from outside of the European Union then in most cases we can offer VAT-free prices. Please see the VAT page for details.
Please note that the shipping charges for non-EU countries are already shown below on the table at non-VAT prices.
Return shipping
As explained in our terms and conditions, if you change your mind about a purchase you can return it to us at any time up to 31 days from date of purchase for a full refund. Any original shipping costs are excluded from the refund, unless you are returning the instrument because of a manufacturing fault. Please note that refunds can only be given on instruments which are returned in 'as new' condition. Therefore please ensure that you repack the instrument carefully and thoroughly, in the original packaging. Please return to us using a reputable courier service and we recommend that you take out appropriate insurance cover because we cannot be responsible for damage to the instrument during return shipment.
